This is what was sent to all staff at Target Health, as well as to our friends and colleagues on LinkedIn.

TO THE BEST TEAM IN THE INDUSTRY, THANK YOU AND BE SAFE

In spite of these most challenging times, each and every department and employee at Target Health has put in 100%+ efforts, so thank you all.  Our mission is not to skip a beat, while at the same time being safe.

As the COVID-19 pandemic proceeds, first and foremost make sure that you, your family and friends are safe. This is clearly a time of sadness, fears and hopes, but together, we will beat this dreaded disease. New York and New Jersey are the hardest hit in the nation, so one way or another, all of us have been affected; and sadly, some more than others.

Our first COVID-19 study has been released on schedule by our EDC Target e*Studio team with excellent cooperation between clinical, data management, EDC programming and biostatistics.  This study will also be managed remotely with our paperless clinical trial toolbox. The second study is moving along briskly with the goal to start early May. Regulatory just provided strategic guidance to a client who is considering an approach to a COVID-19 expanded access program, and the Accelerated Approval path for a rare disease continues. We are also proceeding to an IND for a novel vaccine. And we thank IT for keeping us all connected, and business operations for keeping on top of the details needed to run the company.

Thank you again and be safe.
